CACHE'S INJURIES

Cache Tolman was in a serious bicycle accident a few days ago.
He is stable at the moment, but he has a brain hemorrhage, severe concussion, broken clavicle (and he may have neglected to mention other broken bones and injuries, as he is trying not to let anyone know the severity of his condition). He has been suffering seizures, so obviously he is not as well off as he wants others to think. He is worried about losing so much work while he has been stuck in the hospital. Cache is the single father of an eight year old daughter, and his life revolves around providing for her. The combination of losing so much work, and racking up outrageous hospital bills, is causing him great stress (the worst thing for someone suffering from seizures). So I am hoping that we can all join arms and give back to this loyal friend and musician who has given us such amazing music for so many years. CACHE'S PROGRESS

Cache insisted on leaving the hospital last night, despite his brain hemorrhage, and suffering seizures within the past 48 hours, not to mention broken bones, and being severely beat up, etc. - all because he is so stressed about racking up more hospital bills that he cannot afford, and missing more work. All he can think / talk about it getting back on his feet for his eight year old daughter, Blue, and the lack of money is the main contributor to his stress. Stress is the worst thing for a person suffering seizures, and head injuries are often fatal, even after "normal" functioning seems to return. So PLEASE, please, keep Cache and his eight year old, Blue, in your thoughts, meditations, and prayers. Please donate anything you can (even $1 helps!) by clicking on the "donate" buttons posted on this page, and please forward the link to this blog far and wide. All help is welcomed, and so deeply appreciated. For those of you who haven't had the pleasure of knowing Cache, google his name in Wikipedia. He is an amazing musician who has played with some of the greatest. The following link will lead you to a cover of "True Colors" that Cache and I recorded a few months ago:
